Common questions
What if we need to skip a week?
Life happens. Unused sessions roll over within the school year. There's no hard weekly deadline — just use your sessions before June 30.
Can we switch tutors mid-year?
In exceptional circumstances, yes. Contact us and we'll work something out. Unused sessions transfer to the new tutor.
What subjects are covered?
All subjects your chosen tutor specializes in — see each tutor's profile for their full subject list. You can work on different subjects across sessions.
Is there a payment plan?
We can split the school year package into 2 or 3 payments. Contact us after purchase and we'll arrange it.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, we'll refund any unused sessions at the discounted per-session rate.
Do sessions expire?
Sessions are valid through June 30, 2027. Any unused sessions after that date are forfeited.
